I feel weak sometimes too. The low-carb folks say it's from a lack of salt and suggest drinking 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or 2 cups of chicken broth a day.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't heard that. I heard you feel weak at first if you are not used to using fat for energy. Some days I eat almost no carbohydrates. I have been getting leg cramps in the middle of the night though. I get those a lot ever since hiking the trail.
ReplyDeleteThe leg cramps are supposed to be helped with added salt as well. The books say keep supplementing with salt when you eat less than 50 carbs a day.
