Weight lifting update
So I've made it up to:
Squat 125lbs
Overhead press 55lbs
Bench press 75lbs
Deadlift 165lbs
Then I hurt my back so I have had to back off a bit while I recover. I plan to take an Olympic weight lifting class next month.
